Programming CNC Bending Machine

RadbendCNC is the off-line complete solution for the programming of CNC press bending machines, through 3D simulation of the bending process.

The software includes advanced options such as automatic calculation of the folding sequence, the automatic selection of requested tooling and the placement of the fingerstops.
RadbendCNC examines and determines the best sequence of bends considerating also the part geometry and characteristics of the machine that the user has; load tools and position fingertops for each operation and before and after each bend. Using the simulation process, RadbendCNC calculates potential collisions between the parts and the machine, the fingerstop and itself. This procedure is necessary to ensure that programs are always achievable.
In cases of collisions, the software highlights the problem by changing the colors of the zone of the part and showing an error message; the errors can be solved by changing the sequence or changing the cutting but also can be not consider and continue in the bending process.
