Radan 3D is a powerful and versatile software package of high-performance 3D modelling, designed to make the drawing, on sheet metal and solid modelling, simple and fast.

Radan is based on the ACIS solid modeling kernel, utilizes the most modern techniques offering flexibility of parametric drawing and a unique method of creating 3D objects from 2D to 3D.
It also allowed the importing of files from external software such as Inventor, Solidworks, Catia, V4 & V5, SAT, IGES, Parasolid, STEP and as well as the creation of assemblies in the 3D environment.
Radan 3D is particulary careful to the creation and rapid editing of parts and assemblies in sheet metal processing: the system recognizes the kind of the sheet utilized and read its attributes to use the parameters set by the user for a precise, automatic and flexible unfoalding.
The parts may be developed directly in the Editor Part, ready to be worked; this allows a neat and fast pass from design to manufacturing.
Among the many functions of 3D, you can completely eliminate corner relief or replace them with circular, rectangular, or personalized rectangular geometry; the user can also choose if want to see informations about each single bend or to see bends extents (how many materials will be considered for the bend operations).
The 3 ways to built a sheet metal model (adding faces and bend to the main faces, skinning models or from 2D view) able the user to get easily and speedly the requested part keeping always all the part elements editable with all the 3D options.
