Nesting Environment

RadNest is the Radan module that allows to create advanced nesting of parts for cutting Laser/Plasma/Waterjet machine, punching machine or combi machine..
Having a unique working environment, the user always maintains the same environment and the same commands, even changing machine type.
The ways to create and control nesting are numerous:
- Manual nesting, positioning parts with check of collision based on manufacturing database values and on lead-in parts, multiple angles to place the parts, copy of positioned parts;
- Automatic positioning of a single part with best use material based on stock sheets saved; this can be used also to get a fast estimate cost of the part;
- Automatic positioning with an high performance algorithm of parts over one or more sheets metal; settings for the best nest result in the less processing time, setting to choose if get less different result sheets or more total sheets but with almost the same result nest, tooling check, oriented allowed part considered, saving and using sheet metal remnants.

Found the optimal positioning of the parts, the user can add offcuts or scrap cuts of the remaining sheet skeleton and then order parts on the sheet.
Here the user can switch between automatic sorting, subprogrammes and single cuts with a lot of easy and speed.
All these operations can be customized to be stored and called to rum automatically allowing the user to create a nesting in very short time; Moreover, placing the parts to get common cutting, the user has very powerful commands that gives him the chance to decide, even for single cut, the path of the cutting.
From here, then, the user is able to generate CNC file and check it in the verifier environment as if the CNC file is read from the machine and also to consider if the costumer will require any additional features.
